It is time for 1.4.1 – update #44 – bringing you a couple of winter season event quests & rewards to keep for ever more. These event quests will run until Wednesday, Jan 9 – there’s plenty of time to get these new animated Portrait Frames, so go and get in line.

On PC the Double XP Weekend will run between December 21 – December 25, and the Mondstille Event will run until January 9. The event and Double XP Weekend will arrive to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in a couple of weeks.

The Mondstille Quests

It is a time of darkness and despair.
When flakes of snow tumble through the air.
The wolves’ howls will give you no rest.
As you show off your sweet rewards from these Mondstille quests

The Mondstille Quests will bring two new animated portrait frames, and new Okri’s challenges for you to earn and keep! Of course, with a festive spirit.

Since the announcement of the Screenshot Contest we’ve received many great screenshots, and our master of screenshots Hanna looked through each and every one of them. We’ve seen everything from Rat Ogre’s standing on their heads to a flying Bardin, but we’ve finally made our decision.

Congratulations to the winner of the Geheimnisnacht Screenshot Contest:

Motivation from Hanna: “This submission immediately caught our eye and stuck with us for the duration of the contest. The creator has truly captured the feel of Athel Yenlui’s dramatic ending sequence, with an engaging perspective and a beautiful use of colours. Great work!”

Thank you to everyone who participated, and continue to show us your screenshots, we love to see them!

In December we are releasing a new DLC called Back to Ubersreik. Claimed to be the birthplace of Sigmar, the city of Ubersreik lies at the mouth of the Grey Lady pass, and as the heroes return everything is almost the same. Or is it?

Enjoy Three Remastered Levels

We are super excited to revisit three of the maps from Vermintide 1 with a whole new challenge. The three maps have been remastered and there is also a secret surprise waiting for our heroes. We will start with Horn of Magnus and then venture further into the city where untold mysteries lay dormant.

You have been wishing for us to bring you back to Vermintide 1, and we love that you love the first game. If you are in the nostalgic mood and simply cannot wait to go back in time we recommend you start by revisiting Vermintide 1.

Release date to be announced closer to release.
